1. Exchange Request: You can request an exchange for your product within 2 days of receiving it, provided the product is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, unused, unsoiled, unwashed and undamaged. 2 days exchange means - The day the parcel is delivered will be counted as the first day and the next day will be counted as the second day. 

2. To exchange your product, visit "My Orders" section. 

 

3. Exchange Conditions: You can only exchange size, color, and product option. Whatever you want in exchange, that size, color, product options, should be available on the website then you can exchange. 

4. Exchange Time: Product exchanges take 10 days. Please note that exchange time may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

 

5. Video Requirement: To facilitate exchange process, please make a video while opening parcel and unpacking product. Please read our Parcel Unboxing Policy for more details.
