You can return product within 2 days of receiving it. 2 days return means - The day the parcel is delivered will be counted as the first day and the next day will be counted as the second day. Please ensure following conditions for a successful return & refund:

1. The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact, unused, unsoiled, unwashed and undamaged.

2. To initiate return process, please make a video while opening parcel and unpacking product. Please read our Parcel Unboxing Policy for more details.

 

3. Whether you get the right product or wrong, defective product or you receive product with missing parts, you can return your product.

5. Return Pick Up Time: We will pick up your return package within 1-15 days. Please note that return pick up time may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
