Return & Refund Policy
Return Policy
You can return product within 2 days of receiving it. 2 days return means - The day the parcel is delivered will be counted as the first day and the next day will be counted as the second day. Please ensure following conditions for a successful return & refund:
1. The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact, unused, unsoiled, unwashed and undamaged.
2. To initiate return process, please make a video while opening parcel and unpacking product. Please read our Parcel Unboxing Policy for more details.
3. Returns are accepted only if customer receive wrong/defective products or customer receive product with missing parts.
Not considered as wrong/defective products:
1. Slight variations in color, finish, and overall appearance may occur due to different monitor displays and lighting conditions.
2. Minor imperfections like loose threads, small marks, or zari pull etc.
4. Visit "My Orders" section to return your product.
5. Return Pick Up Time: We will pick up your return package within 5 days.
Refund Policy
1. Refund: If the item has been approved for return due to missing parts/wrong/defective item then you will get your refund. Once we pick up your return package, you will get your refund within 10 days in your Bank Account or UPI ID.
2. Reverse Pickup Cost: Reverse pickup is available at a charge of ₹400. which must be borne by the customer, even in the cases of missing parts items, defective or incorrect products, as this service is facilitated through a third-party provider.
If return pickup facility is not available at the customer's location, the customer will be required to send the product to us using their local courier service on a pre-paid basis. Once the returned product is received, we will process a refund for the shipping cost. The return address will be sent to the customer.
