You can return product within 2 days of receiving it. 2 days return means - The day the parcel is delivered will be counted as the first day and the next day will be counted as the second day. Please ensure following conditions for a successful return & refund:

1. The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact, unused, unsoiled, unwashed and undamaged.

2. To initiate return process, please make a video while opening parcel and unpacking product. Please read our Parcel Unboxing Policy for more details.

 

3. Whether you get the right product, wrong/defective product or you receive product with missing parts you can return your product.

4. To return your product, visit "My Orders" Section.

5. Return Pickup Time: We will pickup your return package within 7 days. Please note that return pickup times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.​

If a return pickup facility is not available at the customer's location, the customer will be required to send the product to us using their local courier service. The return address will be sent to the customer. Once the returned product is received, then you will get refund. ​
