You can return product within 2 days of receiving it. Please ensure following conditions for a successful return & refund:

1. The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact, unused, unsoiled, unwashed and undamaged.

2. To initiate return process, please make a video while opening parcel and unpacking product. Please read our Parcel Unboxing Policy for more details.

3. To return your product, visit "My Orders" section.

4. Return Pickup Time: We will pickup your return package within 1-15 days. Please note that return pickup times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
