After receiving your parcel, you have to make a single video from opening the parcel to unpacking the product. While making the video, please also capture every parts of product in video. Please record video in every side of parcel & product without any cut, pause and edit. After record video please take 5 photos of item which you received. If you receive wrong or defective item or wrong size item then show issue properly in video & photos, If any part of product is missing then also show that clearly in video and photos. Without video & photos no returns, no refunds. Whether you get the right product or wrong, defective product or you receive product with missing parts, you can return your product.
