After receiving your parcel, you have to make a single video from opening the parcel to unpacking the product. Please record video in every side of parcel & product without any cut, pause & edit. The video must show clearly the package seal and shipping label. After record video please take 5 photos of item which you received. If you receive wrong or defective item or wrong size item then show issue properly in video & photos. Without video & photos no returns, no refunds. ​​
